Our camp sleeps 156 persons - 144 Persons in Bunk Beds & 6 Couples in the Hill Building Hotel Rms, the Pickel Building can accommodate a separate group of up to 35 persons - the Hill Building can  accommodate a separate  group of up to 84 persons.

2018 SUMMER CAMPS

1. Children's Adventure Camp I - Grades 1 - 6 - Girls - June 24 - 27 - 3 Nights - $110 each

2. Children's Adventure Camp I - Grades 1 - 6 - Boys - June 27 - 30 - 3 Nights - $110 each

3. Youth Camp - Grades 7 - 12 - Male & Female - July 15 - 20 - 5 Nights - $130 each

RENTAL GROUPS

Payment:  No dates are secured and reserved until Camp Smoky Christian Retreat has received; 1. your group’s “Registration Form/Contract”, 2. your acknowledged agreement with the contract and the “Rental Terms & Policies” and 3. the required $200 deposit. Payment for the use of Camp Smoky Christian Retreat facilities is expected to be paid in full on the date of use and prior to the group leaving the facility. You can pay online using the "Donate" link and you must add 3% to your total for using PayPal. If you send a check the 3% is not added to your deposit or your total due.

$200 Deposit for both Night & Day Groups:  The deposit covers the reservation, cleaning, and liability for missing or damaged items during your group's stay. $100 of the deposit will be automatically retained for deep detailed clorox sterile cleaning. The other half will be returned to your group via mail after inspection of the facility. If the facility is not left clean or there are damages or missing items, the deposit will be retained to cover those expenses per contract agreement. The deposit is not deducted from total due but handled separately as described.

Over Night Rental Group Retreat Costs

Out of Town Groups:   

Group size (1-20 persons) minimum payment of $280 per night

Group size (21-150 persons) rate changes to $14 per person per night

Sevier County Groups:

Group size (1-20 persons) minimum payment of $200 per night

Group size (21-150 persons) rate changes to $10 per person per night

Camp Smoky Christian Retreat reserves the right to book other groups or events on the property and to assign lodging facilities according to group size if two groups request reservations for the same date. Groups of 35 or less are assigned to the “Pickel” and groups of 36 - 75 are assigned to the “Hill”. A larger group of up to 150 would have the entire campus. A smaller group desiring to rent Camp Smoky Christian Retreat exclusively for their own use will have an additional $150 per day applied to their costs.  

Out of Town Over Night Volunteer Group Costs:

For overnight groups volunteering their time in service projects such as campus/facility cleaning, construction projects, painting, wiring, plumbing or serving in ministry weeks during Children’s and Youth Ministry events for Camp Smoky Christian Retreat are asked to pay $10.00 per person per night. This is the same cost as in town Sevier County groups.  A deposit of $200 is also required for volunteer groups. (see deposit explanation)

Day Use Only Group Costs:

Groups, Families, and Churches may reserve space at Camp Smoky Christian Camp for day use only. A $200 deposit is also required for day use. (see deposit explanation)

Sevier County Groups are charged $200 per each 4 hours use of the Hill or Atchley Building. * Please note this also includes any time used to set up and take down for the event

Sevier County Groups, use of the Outside Campus Grounds is free, including the pool, with free use of the Red Roofed Bathrooms located at the back of the campus. 

Out of Town Groups are charged $300 per each 4 hours use of the Hill or Atchley Building. Use of the Outside Campus Grounds only is $150.

Sevier County Association of Baptists sponsored events and scheduled ministry events are no charge.  Examples are:  Associational Youth events, Associational RA and GA events, Executive Board Meetings, Ministers and Wives Christmas Banquet, etc.
